* This is the first year in recent memory that the Chapter's expenses have exceeded its income. There were several factors that led to this, all of which are not expected to repeat in 2007 or in other upcoming years, including:
*The Year End Appeal revenue for 2006 was received and deposited in 2007.
*Cast Iron Expense is offset by some revenue, mostly from the Margot Gayle Fund.
*Membership Development is the cost to do a special membership mailing.
*Some January 2007 tour expenses were prepaid in December 2006.
